1. Choose your preferred browser and head to Amazon’s website

2. If you aren’t already logged in, Amazon will display a little pop-up in the top-right corner asking you to sign in to your account

3. Create an account if you don’t have one, or log in to an existing account with your username and password. This isn’t necessary, but we recommend logging in because you might want to save a few items to your Amazon wish list. If you want to skip the sign-in process, ignore the pop-up and continue browsing.

4. You’ll see a search bar at the top of the screen. Enter the name or description of the product you want to share. Hit Enter or click the magnifying glass next to the search bar.

5. Find your desired listing and click on it to open its dedicated product page

6. In the top-right corner of the product image, you’ll see an icon of a rectangle with an arrow pointing upwards. This is the Share button, which you can click to see your sharing options — via email, Pinterest, Facebook, X and Copy Link.

7. You can share the product listing directly through email or on Pinterest, Facebook and X — but if you want to share the link on other platforms, like Instagram or YouTube, click the Copy Link option and paste it wherever you want.

There are two ways to share Amazon product links via WhatsApp or text — directly from the app or by copying the URL. Here’s a step-by-step guide for both.

From the app

Visit the app on your iPhone or Android device
Find the product you want to share
Tap the gray Share button within the product image and choose the More option
Select WhatsApp or any other messaging platform, and choose the person (or people) you want to send the link to

Copying the URL

Follow the same steps mentioned above until you reach the product listing
Tap the gray Share button in the product image’s top-right corner and choose the Copy Link option
Tap the link text to copy the product listing and paste it into the recipient’s chatbox on WhatsApp and other messaging platforms
If you’re using a browser application like Chrome, you can head to the URL field at the top of the screen and tap it to copy and share the same link
