Insights Chat now draws on your connected social accounts to deliver advice based on what's actually working – not just general best practices.
Creators and small businesses have more data than ever. What's harder is turning that data into decisions.
Across Linktree's community of more than 70 million Linkers, a pattern keeps emerging: the metrics exist across platforms, but understanding how they connect and turning them into a clear next step takes time most creators and brands don't have. A post takes off on TikTok, picks up steam on Instagram, and eventually drives clicks through Linktree. Seeing how those pieces relate to each other, in one place, is where things get complicated.
Today, Linktree is introducing a significant enhancement to its AI-powered Insights Chat, one that makes it meaningfully more personal and a lot more useful.
Dashboards are incredibly useful, but they're not always the fastest or most intuitive path to an answer. Chat has been available inside Linktree Insights for some time, but today it becomes meaningfully more personal.
Previously, Insights Chat could offer general guidance around social media best practices. Now, by connecting social accounts, it draws directly on a Linker's own performance data to deliver recommendations grounded in what actually makes their audience tick and click, not just what works broadly.
Linkers can ask natural-language questions about their performance and get recommendations grounded in their actual data without screenshots or manual uploads. Once accounts are connected, the chat references what's already in Insights to provide context-aware responses.
A few examples of what Linkers can ask:
The experience is designed to complement instincts, not replace them. It's a faster, more conversational way to understand what's working and figure out what comes next.

Creators and brands don't operate on one platform anymore, and their analytics shouldn't live in silos either. Their audiences move fluidly across platforms, and their growth reflects that.
Social Analytics gives Linkers a unified view of how their activity across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube connects to their Linktree engagement data, all in one place. Alongside the rich detail each platform provides natively, that unified view makes it easier to understand how content works together across surfaces including how consistent posting correlates with engagement shifts, how activity spikes translate into clicks, and how momentum on one platform connects to overall growth.
Today’s enhancement to Insights Chat is built on top of that foundation. By connecting social accounts, Insights Chat can now draw on Social Analytics data to deliver recommendations that reflect a Linker’s full cross-platform picture, not just their Linktree performance in isolation.

Linktree started as a way to bring all your links in one place. As creators and small businesses have expanded across more platforms and formats, that role has grown with them.
Today's enhancement to Insights Chat reflects the next step in that direction, giving Linkers a centralized place to understand insights so they can spend less time decoding dashboards and more time creating.
Insights Chat is available for all Linkers. Advanced capabilities are only available for Pro and Premium subscribers.
